BUILDING MANAGEMENT COMPANIES

We may share personal information of Owners and Guests such as information related to tenancy agreements, and information concerning compliance with relevant applicable laws such as short-term rental laws, with those appointed to manage residential developments and buildings (henceforth “Building Management”), in order to facilitate programs with Building Management. For example, personal information such as the Guest’s contact details may be shared with Building Management.
